So now you are all wondering ‘why’ do people fast? Fasting is notorious for weight loss. Typically, when doing Intermittent Fasting you have a lower caloric intake without even counting calories. In addition, you are now paying attention to WHEN you eat which by default makes you pay closer attention to WHAT you eat. However, if you are prone to binge eating or overeating, Intermittent Fasting may not be for you. In addition to weight loss, Intermittent Fasting is known to stimulate brain function, boost your immune system, rejuvenate skin and help you gain back time and establish a routine. ALL good things if you ask us. However, Intermittent Fasting is not for everyone as we mention previously. If you have type 1 diabetes, if you are pregnant, or if you just don’t want to then this diet is not for you.
