Keto or ketogenic diet is an extremely low-carb diet that forces your body into burning more fat. On keto, you consume high-fat and moderate-protein. Your body naturally burns carbohydrates first, so by taking these away, your body will adapt to burning fat. The Benefits of keto is the initial, often-rapid weight loss.

 So, keto when done correctly is pretty difficult in our opinion. If you are used to eating a fairly balance diet, cutting carbohydrates is tough. They are in EVERYTHING.
