Nourish is expanding and we are so pleased to welcome our new chef/production manager, Alexis Jones! She is creative, talented and full of experience.
Alexis attended the University of Mississippi and received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Go Rebs! She continued her education in the Applied Science Accelerated Graduate Program at the College of Culinary Arts, Kendall College in Chicago, IL. Alexis' experience in the food industry ranges from all angles from: catering, owning her own restaurant, and slaying over a grill top. Some of her very own recipes have made it to print in Bon Appetite, Plate Magazine NYC, Garden Home and many more.
The Nourish team welcomed Alexis on board a few weeks ago. We are looking to not only grow our business but grow our offerings. We felt with Alexis’ creativity and vast experience, we will be able to conquer all future endeavors. Stay tuned for very exciting menu updates and unique content. As you may have already seen, she makes her own homemade pasta noodles!
