‘Don’ts’ For The Holiday Season

1.    Don’t deprive yourself of the good stuff. You will end up overindulging.

2.    Don’t let the holiday drag on. Get right back on track after you enjoy yourself.

3.    Don’t graze. Enjoy the meal but know when to stop.

4.    Don’t skip the gym. Eating poorly is one thing, but don’t let your workout routine slide too.

5.    Don’t stress yourself out. When your stress is at a peak, take a minute to regroup. Be aware of what is causing your stress and find resolutions.
