Lean Green Smoothie

Starting the day with a healthy breakfast smoothie sets the tone for the rest of the day. Breakfast keeps you energized for the day and thinking clearly, do not overlook that! It is important to use this meal to get in some essential nutrients and not just eat a sweet treat. Enjoying a balanced breakfast smoothie helps kick start your metabolism and put your body back in it’s?? natural rhythm after hours of fasting while you sleep.

Here is the tricky part and our first tip, don’t overwhelm yourself or you will not do it. Set a goal to make a simple, clean and healthful smoothie. It does not have to be spinach only, add in naturally sweet fruit and healthy fats. Make it a treat! Last, make an effort to get in macronutrients.
